Lynn Willis is the founder and president of Women of the World International. She is an ordained minister and has over 25 years of ministry experience. Currently she serves as the Family Life Pastor at Crossroads Christian Center in Morgan Hill, California. Lynn has traveled extensively and desires to see women free to reach their full potential. As an educator she served as the Director of Church Leadership and World Missions program at Bethany University and launched two Masters of Arts Degree Programs at Northwest University. Under her tutelage, she mentored scores of men and women in cross cultural methodology. Her education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry, a Master’s Degree in Cross Cultural Studies, and a Doctoral Degree in Leadership. Lynn is a powerful speaker and author who has hosted leadership conferences throughout the world. Her husband David is an ordained minister and pastor. She is a proud mother of three children and five grandchildren.
